I received the 3 files from the lab as the ESdat format EDD submittal. When I attempt to “Add Lab Report” in ESdat, I get an error message telling me that the files are not zipped in a compressed folder. Is that a necessary step for
adding the lab report?

We highly recommend getting the lab to email the lab report files directly into ESdat.
Please ask the lab to send results to your dedicated LabSync email address to your global distribution email list for all future lab reports. This will then automate the process of lab report upload. Your LabSync email address is given in ESdat under Lab Uploads.
For the specific files, yes, you can zip them together to upload them manually, but if you still have trouble please ask the lab to reissue the results to your ESdat LabSync email address.
