I have one user who is having difficulty accessing the system via SSO.
They keep getting a message "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in."
We have attempted deleting the account and opening a new one.
The browser data has been cleared but still had issues.
See attached for the error message.
Is this related to the Esdat end of the verification or MS Azure?

This is on the client's IT security side, as the clients IT team control who can access ESdat. We suggest contacting the IT team to assist with the SSO log-in issue.
