Seeking some clarity on EQL versus LOR – I noted we have no results for RDL, MDL or ODL.
Is this something the lab is not submitting?
I note the EQL is estimated and changes sample to sample set.
Can you provide any clarity on this?
In some reports, they use “LOR” (limit of reporting), and these values don’t actually match what is listed as the EQL in ESdat.

ESdat's schema supports fields for EQL, RDL, MDL, and ODL. See descriptions below:

There are 2 versions of EDLF (EDD format) that the labs can generate; the older version only has a field for EQL, whereas the most recent version (ELDF 4) includes the additional fields I listed above. If the lab has not updated their LIMS to generate/offer ELDF 4, they will likely be populating the LOR values under the EQL column.
