One question I did have was relating to how to edit the drop down menu for location types as when I create a new location in the Location view, it doesn’t have the ones I want and
the help file suggests I can configure the drop down. I had a poke around but can only see where I can configure the monitoring zone. Are you able to help with this?
Answer:
Admin users can manage the content
of certain drop-down lists. It is possible to create new items, remove existing,
and set the order and text of items in a drop down. You can do this under Settings
> Listings:

List of Location Types should be under Locations > Location Type. You can then
add new values or even edit the existing ones:
