Is it possible to transfer our metadata standards, site-specific guidelines, formatting settings, and chemical profiles to another ESdat account? Does
ESdat support this type of transfer?
Additionally, is it possible to add a licence with restricted access so that the user can only view specific data or projects within the system?
Answer:
ESdat does not have the tools for doing those sorts of migrations, however, profiles and environmental standards are stored in tables that can be exported and then imported to the other system if required.
Regarding restricted access, when a user has been set-up with the "Standard" role, they don't have access to the Projects and Sites menu and can only work on projects that they have been granted permissions to by an Admin user. There isn't a special licence type for this, it's just related to that role setting and permissions.
