Same Lab Report for Two Projects

Lab reports can only be assigned to one project. The lab report number is a unique key in which an error will return if an existing lab report is to be re-uploaded to another project number.

Multiple sites, however, can be assigned within the lab report (different site for each sample) given that these sites have been linked to the project.

To fix the existing lab reports’ project assignment in ESdat, you will need to do this under the lab reports page. Please make sure you have the project permission to apply changes (https://help.esdat.net/en/article/project-and-site-user-permissions)

In the lab reports page, there should be an edit button beside the Project ID info to re-assign the lab report to another project.
