Hi - I’m checking whether there is functionality to assign planned location visits based on a previous monitoring round. For routine monitoring where site visit order is consistent between rounds, this would allow visits to be organised by location without manually entering date and time details.

At present, I am manually inputting visits based on the anticipated sampling order, which is a manual step that appears unnecessary given the repetitive nature of these rounds.

Answer:

The planned date and time for the location visits need to be assigned to each monitoring round.

When creating a new monitoring round, there should be an option to create based on the previous monitoring round:

This will copy the location visits but not automatically assign the planned date/time as the start date and end date would change in every monitoring round. This will need to be assigned to each round.
