Lab import error - can't import a lab report due to the system being unable to find the chemcode

Question:
We are receiving an error that we can't import a lab report due to the system being unable to find the chemcode for Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (as N). I'm not sure why this is happening as it's a pretty standard analyte that we often import and I can see it in our list of chemcodes. Is there a way to overwrite the system and just update the chem code so we can import our results?

Is there a way to manually overwrite it within esdat since this error is stopping us from accessing the entire lab report?

This cannot be done within ESdat as the lab report is not uploaded yet.

You can open the chem results file then put the chemcodein the chemcodes column. After that, you will need to manually add in the lab report in ESdat (please do not send through labsync email address as that is dedicated for laboratory use only)

To manually upload, you will need to have the header, samples, and results files in a zipped folder then under the lab reports page, click on Add Lab Report then load the zipped folder:
