Duplication of Well ID and Location Codes in export

To remove the duplication of the location code and well, please refer to this article from our FAQ: https://help.esdat.net/en/article/what-should-i-do-if-the-data-for-a-location-is-shown-as-separate-lines-in-the-graphs-view and support portal: https://help.esdat.net/en/article/locations

The well IDs should be using a dash "-" for locations with only one piezometer.  If you do this, the dash is suppressed in outputs such as those charts.
