Errors in lab reports - Files not recognized

You might have unchecked the "Show only Lab Reports" option.  When this is checked, it automatically hides any emails that were sent to your LabSync address that do not contain ESdat EDD files. This usually captures related to sample receipt, or secondary emails that have Excel or non-ESdat files.

Reviewing this list can be useful if you are expecting results that you haven't received yet, to ensure that data hasn't been sent in a non-ESdat format.  If you come across this scenario you should follow up with the lab to send the ESdat format.
