Increase Chemistry table query limit

If you're producing a formatted Chemistry Exceedance Table then there is a standard limit of 100K results in the one report.  This can be increased if you have a dedicated instance of ESdat Server.

However, you're never going to be able to report one Chemistry Result Table that big, so it's likely that a data export rather than the Chem Table report is more appropriate.   

Exports that are best for a big data export or data dump are the Chemistry List (in Data Views), or one of the exports in the Export section of the Data Migration Manager such as the ProUCL export which is a useful format if you're using this export for further statistical work.
